China Gaoxin set up two offices and nine departments: (1) CPC Committee office (also as Discipline Inspection Commission Office), (2) Working Department Of The Board (3) General Manager’s Office, (4) Plan And Development Department, (5) Legal Department ,(6) Personnel Department、(7) Fund And Finance Department、(8) Auditing Department、(9) Industry Department、(10) High-Tech Project Department、(11) Investment Bank Department. Up to the end of 2005, China Gaoxin has 2 wholly-owned subsidiary enterprises, 18 holding subsidiaries, and 56 joint stock enterprises. Every department of China Gaoxin administrate their member enterprises classified according to their nature.
